We are a popular Thai restaurant looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers by providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude
- Take orders and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience or Less as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of Thai cuisine is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Thai; knowledge of English and German language is a plus
- Availability to work from Monday to Saturday
